NPK significantly affected plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and leaf area, but no significant effect on stems diameter and number of leaves. The results showed that Mabar Fine Compost significantly affected plant height, leaf length, leaf width and leaf area, but had no significant effect on stem diameter and number of leaves. The second factor is dosage of NPK fertilizer: N 0 = 0 g/plant, N 1 = 3 g/plant, N 2 = 6 g/plant, and N 3 = 9 g/plant.

The first factor is dosage of Mabar Fine Compost fertilizer: M 0 = 0 g/polybag, M 1 = 150 g/polybag and M 2 = 300 g/polybag. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. Pardede at a height of ± 23 m above sea level. This reseach aims at determining the effect of Mabar Fine Compost fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedlings in Pre Nursery, that was conducted from May to August 2019 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Darma Agung University on Jln.
